Prep & Mask
Hardware is removed, glass is masked, and surfaces are cleaned and keyed to accept the new coating system.
Prime & Coat
Two-pack epoxy primer followed by UV-stable polyurethane topcoat, applied in controlled conditions for a smooth, even finish.
Reassemble & Clean
Hardware is refitted, masking is removed, and your home is left tidy. We walk through the results with you on completion.

Can you paint aluminium window frames instead of replacing them?
Yes, and it's a fraction of the cost. We degrease, etch-prime and respray the frames in a durable two-pack coating for a factory-smooth finish.
How long does a respray on aluminium joinery last?
Done properly with etch priming and two-pack topcoats, a respray lasts many years, holding colour and gloss even in coastal Bay of Plenty conditions.
Can you change the colour of my window frames?
Absolutely. We match the existing colour or recolour to any shade, in matte, satin or gloss.
Do you paint the frames in place or remove them?
Frames are sprayed in place with the glass and surrounds carefully masked. Hardware is removed and refitted so nothing is missed.
Will the paint peel or flake off the aluminium?
Not when it's prepped right. The key is degreasing and etch priming so the coating bonds to the aluminium rather than sitting on top of it.
Is respraying cheaper than new joinery?
Considerably. Respraying restores the look for a small fraction of the cost and disruption of replacing the windows.
