How many rolls will I need?
It depends on the wall size and the pattern repeat, and a large repeat can add noticeably to the quantity. We measure on site and give you the roll count in the quote so you are not guessing at the shop.
Can you wallpaper over an existing wallpaper?
Usually not, and we will tell you honestly when it is a bad idea. Old paper tends to lift and telegraph through the new one. In most cases we strip it, make the wall good, then hang.
Do I buy the wallpaper or do you?
Either works. Plenty of clients choose their own paper, and we are happy to advise on whether it suits the wall before you order. If you would rather we sourced it, we can do that too.
How long does a feature wall take?
A straightforward feature wall is often a single day including prep. Full rooms, murals and walls needing stripping or lining take longer, and we give you the timeline in the quote.
Can you remove old wallpaper without installing new?
Yes. We strip the old covering, clean off the residue and leave the wall prepped and ready, whether you are papering again later or painting instead.
Will the seams be visible?
Done properly they should not be. Seams are the measure of a wallpaper job, which is why we dry-fit the run first and why our guarantee covers any join that lifts.
